Just 16 days of Smashing Gym, What Will I Lose? (Day Five)

Intro

So we have made it to day 5, a third of the way through the time we allotted our selfs, we currently stand at 7 pounds of loss, can we get more fat burnt.

7 pounds in 5 days I am happy with that if you weighed your self on the first and the fifth day you would be happy with 7 pounds lost so am I,

I think this a good progress and if the next 11 days are anything like the first 5 we should see a good number at the end of our 16-day challenge.
