Just 16 days of Smashing Gym, What Will I Lose?
So as the Title suggests I am going to kill it in the gym for the next 16 days as just an average over weight guy from the UK. This is Day One when I find out just how much I do truly weight, and the start to a big challenge of losing weight, with NO Pills, NO Bullshit, and NO excuses. Just me the Gym and you guys. This is not about some fad diet, magic pill or expensive product for sale that is going to magically do all of the work for you. This is to show everyone that with dedication, effort and willing, You can lose weight at a good pace. So let’s go this is Day One of the new me.
Can it be done? Will I lose any Weight? We will just have to wait and see.
We have just 16 days or just over 2 weeks to burn fat in this challenge I have set my self, sick of the way I look it’s time for a change. in the next 16 days. I will be burning the fat both in the gym and at home, pushing for a slimmer body. then at the end posting the before and after pictures to just you just how much you can achieve in just 16 days of losing fat and gaining muscle. eating a calorie control diet, of low carbs, protein, and veg. We will see just how far we can push it. this journey, story or diary what ever you want to call it will be one of a kind.
